Anonymous: If you're a vegetarian and feeling sickly and fragile you might want to reevaluate your dietary needs. I don't mean give up vegetarianism, but it could be that you're not receiving all the nutrients you need. In that case adding in a supplement or another source of food might be a good idea. If it's a medical condition and I'm off base, I'm really sorry. I just know that technically a vegetarian diet shouldn't make you sickly or fragile.

I meant fragile and and sickly in a facetious manner. When I first became a vegetarian I didn’t know what the fuck I was doing. I’ve been a veggie for about 6 years now and have absolutely no problem, other than the occasional dreams about eating chicken. I would consider myself a pretty healthy individual. :) Thanks for your concern, though.
